We want you to be happy with your songs. Because each order produces custom digital songs created from your own story, this policy explains when and how refunds are handled.
Custom digital products
ThisTune songs are personalized digital goods generated specifically for your order and delivered electronically. Once songs have been generated and made available for download, an order is considered fulfilled.
Our commitment
If something goes wrong — for example, your songs failed to generate, were not delivered, or you were charged in error — contact us and we will make it right, whether by re-generating your order or issuing a refund.
When we offer refunds
- Technical problems that prevented your songs from being created or delivered.
- Duplicate or incorrect charges.
- Other issues we determine, in good faith, warrant a refund.
What is generally not refundable
Because each song is custom-made and delivered digitally, change-of-mind requests after your songs have been successfully generated and delivered are generally not eligible for a refund. That said, we review every request individually and will always try to find a fair solution.
How to request a refund
Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase with your order details and a brief description of the issue. We respond to every request and aim to resolve it promptly.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
